RETURNS POLICY

Standard Returns Policy – ZIICK & GeeK WATCH


At ZIICK & GeeK WATCH, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a 7-day returns policy to give you peace of mind while shopping with us. Here are the details of our returns and refund process:


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days of receipt for refund, (Please see our Refund Policy for details )For the return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged (unless the damage was due to our error).

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your return and will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please contact us at vip@contactserved.com .


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.


Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs:(buyer covers return shipping cost if no  Shipping insurance!)  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Returns Process

For all returns, please contact us at vip@contactserved.com  for a return label. When you email us, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

We will then provide you with the return instructions and label for the process.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Please send an email to vip@contactserved.com  with the subject line “DAMAGED”, and attach a photo of the damaged item along with your order number. This must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


Items Not Received

If you have not received your full order, please contact us as soon as possible at vip@contactserved.com  with the subject line “MISSING ITEM”, and include your order number. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping provider to resolve it as quickly as possible.
